Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address or nearest cross streets, so the right local company gets your request
- The job: a new door, a custom enclosure, tub glass, or a repair
- Whether the shower is finished tile, a fiberglass unit or still under construction
- Rough width and height of the opening, if you have them
- Photos of the opening, current door and hardware, if you can send them later
Cracked or shattered shower glass? Stop using that shower, keep kids and pets out of the bathroom, and don't try to pull loose glass out of the frame or hinges by hand. Tempered glass can break into many small pieces all at once.
